Depends on the snow fall,usually till January.
The main road leading to the house is shared with the neighbors and some type of arrangement would have to be worked out if year round access was to happen. As I understand the main road is usually plowed all year almost to the top of the mesa. It would also appear that more and more people would like winter access so it probably is inevitable for the near future, as for me, spring, summer and fall does it. |
