Views of and from the Barn. The barn is 24x24x24 and is approximately 1176 square feet. The barn is at the moment used for a artists workshop, but could easily be converted into whatever you would like it to be. It has electric, phone and water lines already installed. Cable and cat 5 wiring available if requested, the underground conduit is already installed. The views from the back of the barn are spectacular with perpetual, big views.
