The house comes equipped with a 1000 gallon in-ground gas tank and is located by the pump/generator house, shown right. The Gas tank was supplied and Installed by the Ferrel Gas Company of Norwood. The rock stack indicates where the tank is buried, far from the house. The Solar Panels are located on the roof of the main house out of sight and protected by factory installed and state approved GFI circuitry. If all goes well town electric will be here next summer and will be about 150 feet from the house. If you don't like grid electric you don't have to hook it up or you could use it as a back up, your choice.
