The house is heated by a Humidified Lennox Pulse Air Furnace left, and is controlled by a thermostat in the kitchen. The furnace is run by gas as is the Servel refrigerator, sorry this fridge isnow a new maytag frost free recently replaced. The location of the heater is in the basement. On demand heat is the ticket in this variable climate/
