Water Storage
The water storage system consists of four clear poly tanks, the first one closest to the house that has a black top is about 750 gallons, the second two are both 1,725 gallon tanks and were installed in the fall of 2002 as a precautionary measure against the drought. The main every day tank is 1000 gallons of drinking water and is located at pump house. As yet I have never had to use the backup water. The total capacity of water storage is approximately 5,290 gallons. Before the drought the well was capable of running constantly at 3/4 gallons a minute and is quickly recovering.
